The NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome and Associated Disorders, Inc. (NJCTS) offers a beacon of hope for individuals and families affected with TS and other neurological disorders through programs, services, support, and professional assistance. The first and only Center of Excellence of its kind in the nation, NJCTS is at the forefront of research, awareness, and advocacy.

This is Maddie Golden a 12 year -old from Cherry Hill, NJ.  Maddie, diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at age 5, loves giraffes, the colors orange and pink and is proud to support her friends and family to "Stand Tall" and "Stand Out". Maddie is committed to raising awareness for Tourette Syndrome. In partnership with Leggings for a Reason she will donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these leggings to NJCTS for her Mitzvah project, a meaningful, good deed Maddie has chosen as part of her journey in becoming a Bat Mitzvah in March of 2018.  NJCTS has helped Maddie and her family over the last 7 years through support groups, webinars, resources, and more.

NJCTS is the nation's first Center of Excellence for Tourette Syndrome (TS) and Associated Disorders. Through partnerships and collaborations, NJCTS provides a continuum of services, support, and education for families; outreach and training for medical and educational professionals; and advocacy for collaborative research for better treatments and a cure for TS.
